At Hazard Middle School, FRYSC Sarah Olinger is the steady heart that keeps everything moving forward. She goes far beyond the expectations of her role, quietly and consistently doing whatever it takes to support our students and families. Whether she is securing resources, coordinating community partnerships, answering late night messages, or sitting with someone who simply needs to feel heard, Sarah shows up with compassion and determination. She never asks if something is her responsibility, she asks how she can help. In countless ways, both visible and unseen, she strengthens our school community, and we truly could not get by without her.
What sets Sarah apart is not just the volume of what she does, but the depth of care she brings to every interaction. She treats each student with dignity and each family with empathy, meeting them where they are without judgment.
