📚7th grade students are busy sharpening and perfecting their language arts skills! We are so proud of the effort, focus, and growth we see from our students each day. And a big shout-out to Ms. Eversole for helping our students grow into confident readers, writers, and communicators! 🐾💙

🎶It was a great morning for Car Side Karaoke!🎶. Nothing beats starting the school day with big smiles, great music, and a little singing! Mr. Hurt and our students know how to make mornings fun! 🐾💙

The much-anticipated Enrichment Clubs are officially underway! Our students had an amazing variety of clubs to choose from last week-from Epic Building, Crafts, Printmaking, and Diamond Painting to Bible, Sports Debate, and Physical Fitness! With so many choices, there truly was something for everyone and every interest! We love seeing our Bulldogs explore new interests, discover new talents, make connections, and, most importantly, have FUN learning beyond the classroom! 🐾 A huge thank you to our amazing staff for making these opportunities possible! We can't wait to see what our students create, learn, and accomplish this year! 💙💛

Happy Grandparents Day from HMS! In observance of Grandparents Day, our students took time to reflect on what makes their grandparents so special. Their thoughtful words and heartfelt memories remind us just how important grandparents are in the lives of our students. As you can see, HMS students love their grandparents BIG! 💙💛💙💛

Flavor Lab is officially back! 🧑‍🍳🍕 Flavor Lab kicked off the year with a fantastic day of creating in the kitchen! Our young chefs whipped up grilled pizza sandwiches, and they definitely did not disappoint! 😊 Missed out yesterday? No worries! Join us next Tuesday for another yummy day in the kitchen! We can't wait to see what's cooking! 🍽️💙💛

Our 5th grade classes worked hard planting seeds in our school garden.

Congratulations to Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Eversole, AND Mrs. B. Hall's homeroom classes for achieving 100% attendance for the ENTIRE week of September8-11. We celebrated with ice cream bars at recess. Thank you for making attendance a priority at HMS.

FLAVOR LAB IS BACK! 👩‍🍳 The kitchen is heating up, and we are SO excited to kick off FLAVOR LAB this Tuesday, September 15. Get ready to mix, create, cook, taste, and have fun while learning some awesome kitchen skills! IMPORTANT: Students must have a completed permission form turned in before participating in Flavor Lab.
